The Visterra Group introduced today a new program to help corporations identify new strategic opportunities for growing their businesses.  Called FutureScape, the program connects corporate strategic intent with related activities taking place in venture capital markets.  Visterra co-developed FutureScape with Synchrony Venture Management, a leading expert in Innovation Capital for mid-tier corporations.

FutureScape is a two-day program designed for a team of experienced corporate managers and executives.  The first day, facilitated by Visterra, uses corporate perspectives on the future to identify the most attractive strategic frontiers to drive corporate growth.  On the second day, led by Synchrony Venture Management, team members analyze venture capital deals that have taken place on those strategic frontiers.  The corporate team then develops an action plan and a strategic roadmap on how they might respond to, or participate in, the venture capital market activities.
